Sit back and relax into the long, hot dog days of summer with refreshing co*cktails starring fresh fruit and citrus. Here are some of our favorites!
Mango-Ginger Freeze
Fresh ginger adds a subtle kick to this frosty summer co*cktail, which comes together in a flash in a Vitamix blender.
Caipirinha
This national drink of Brazil is made with a rum known ascachaça,which is distilled from fresh sugarcane juice. If you can’t find cachaça, use light rum instead.
Papaya and Lime Agua Fresca
Perfect for warm-weather sipping, this refreshing co*cktail combines papaya and fresh lime juice with tequila and Grand Marnier.
Frozen Berry Mojito
This playful frozen twist on a traditional mojito takes advantage of summer’s bounty of berries. We like the combination of blackberries and raspberries, but feel free to use just one or the other, or even strawberries.
Paloma with Pink Peppercorn Salt
This version of the classic grapefruit-tequila co*cktail was created by the San Francisco restaurant Tacolicious. We love the festive sweet-salty rim.
Blueberry Spritz
Here, the four siblings from Brothers & Craft share their recipe for a light, refreshing co*cktail that’s perfect for kicking off a summer dinner. Serve in a tumbler for a casual feel, or pour it into a large wine glass filled with crushed ice.
Minted Hibiscus and Raspberry
Tea and tequila—now that’s a unique combination. When you’re in the mood for iced tea with a bit of a kick, try this creative co*cktail.
Plum and Nectarine Sangria
This sangria stars summer’s ripe stone fruits, soaked in dry white wine to createa festive daytime co*cktail.
Pineapple-Basil Freeze
Pineapple adds an unexpected tropical twist to this frozen summer refresher, inspired by agin gimlet.
Cucumber and Chili Agua Fresca
Spiked with tequila and made with plenty of fresh lime juice, this cool and spicy co*cktail makes a great summer refresher.
Strawberry Daiquiri
Everyone’s favorite frozen co*cktail, the strawberry daiquiri is a great way to show off the ripe berries when they’re at their peak.

ThisCaribbean co*cktail was meant for lounging by the pool. With fresh mint, lime, light rum and crushed ice, it’s a guaranteed thirst quencher.
